Terms of Service — Tribe Parking

Welcome to Tribe Parking. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Tribe mobile application and related services (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Tribe. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you must have a parent or guardian’s consent.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@tribeparking.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable Use

When using Tribe, you agree not to:

Submit inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent parking spot reports.
Harass, threaten, or impersonate any person.
Scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt the App or our servers.
Use the App to violate any law, including local parking regulations.

4. User Content

When you post parking spots, notes, or other content, you grant Tribe a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute that content within the App to other users. You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not infringe on anyone else’s rights.

We may remove content that violates these Terms.

5. Subscriptions

Tribe offers auto-renewing subscriptions:

Monthly: $9.99/month
Yearly: $107.00/year

Prices are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Managing your subscription

iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies. Tribe does not process refunds directly.

6. No Warranty on Parking Availability

Tribe surfaces parking information based on public data, city data files, and user-contributed reports. Parking availability, legality, meter status, and street sweeping schedules can change without notice. You are solely responsible for verifying that a parking spot is legal and available before you park. Tribe is not liable for tickets, tows, fines, or vehicle damage.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tribe and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid Tribe in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) US $50.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account via the Delete Account page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the App will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the new Terms.
